Beispielsweise im Microsoft Editor kann man HTML-Sites erstellen.
Die beliebtesten sind aber Frontpage, NVU, ...
Ich benutze Phase5, bin auch zufrieden damit.

rofl... natürlich musst du dich erst bei funpic anmelden, sonst haste ja keinen server wo du was hochladen kannst.
Seiten erstellst du wie schon erwähnt mit nem html editor oder ein program (frontpage z.B.) es gibt aber auch im internet die kostenlosen varianten zum downloaden das nennt sich dann frontpage express und im grunde isses genau das gleiche nur mit nen paar extrafunktionen weniger (die man eigentlich eh net braucht)
damit erstellst du die seiten und lädst sie mit einem ftp Programm ins internet z.B. auf DEINEN funpic account
