Hello,
I just made I bought this laptop a week ago.
From the moment I switched it on it was very slow. It has windows 10. It breathes heavily through the fan.
I got an annoying crocky noise from the moment I opened it.
It froze on me and I had to long press the power button for it to work again. At that point i had to return it to the supplier.
The supplier wont refund me, I need to know what I should do to get this machine working properly.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
