Das Mainframe will nicht auf die Position

Ich habe da ein Problem mit meinem Design. Das Menüframe sitzt an der richtigen Stelle, aber das Mainframe will sich einfach nicht verrutschen lassen, egal ob ich einen Wert von über 100 eingebe oder wenn ich 5 eingebe.
Dies ist der Code, was ist daran falsch, dass sich das Frame keinen millimeter verrutscht?

ich versteh dein prob nich, wenn ichs mit Namo Web-editor code klappt alles perfekt... vielleicht änderst du einfach die falschen Werte oder so...
Ich weiß net ob dus so haben möchtest aber ich habs mal versucht:
