Problem mit Menü u. Main!

Hallo ihr Lieben!
Ich habe ein grooooßes Problem.

Ich habe einen neuen vRh gebaut, und nun ist die Seite fast ganz fertig. Auch das Design und das Menü sind drin. Allerdings ist jetzt das Problem, dass sich mein Menü nicht im Main, sondern in neuen Fenstern öffnet unglücklich

Ich habe auch schon überall das target="main" hingeschrieben, aber es klappt nicht =/
