Hallo!
Also, ich hab da mal so eine Frage an euch!
Ich habe in letzter Zeit ziemlich viele Christiano Ronaldo - Fanpages gefunden.
Aber eigentlich ist das doch verboten, wenn man einfach aus Google Bilder von ihm kopiert?
Also da sind z.B ziemlich viele HP's bei Oyla, wo Fans viele Fotos von ihm "ausstellen".
Aber darf man das?
Soviel ich weis, nicht.....

Frage:
Glaubt ihr, dass er von ManU zu real madrid wechseln darf?

Aber erstmal: Nein, natürlich darf mein keine Google-Bilder ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung auf seiner Seite ausstellen.
Sicherlich haben einige der Fanseiten eine Erlaubnis der jeweiligen Fotographen, aber auch ich möchte mal in Frage stellen wie hoch der Prozentsatz dieser HP's ist.
(Außerdem sind illegale Hompages mit gegoogelten Bildern ja auch nichts Neues)

Für eine Signatur oder deine Homepage wirst du aber sicherlich auch legale Bilder auftreiben können (ich hatte zur letzten WM auch Ronaldo-Bilder in der Siggi, die legal waren =P)
Entweder du schreibst irgendeinen Fotographen etc. selber an oder nutzt die Bilder von photobucket.com, die sind meines Wissens nach legal bzw. lizenzfrei (aber meine Hand dafür ins Feuer legen mag ich nun auch nicht XD)

Also ich denke nicht, dass alle Fotos bei Photobucket lizensfrei sind und einfach für Grafiken verwendet oder auf Homepages gestellt werden dürfen, da viele nicht nur ihre eigenen Fotos sondern auch die anderer Fotografen hochladen, also gar nicht die Copyrightinhaber sind.

Ich habe meine Grafik aus der Signatur auch bei Photobucket hochgeladen, obwohl sie nicht von mir ist (Bild copyrightinhaberin ist, wie mir versichert wurde, die Erstellerin der Grafik), aber meine Alben kann niemand anders sehen, also besteht keine Gefahr, dass dritte das Bild nutzen. Aber falls andere ihre Alben doch freigeben und Photobucket auch manchmal nur zum hochladen von Fotos anderer nehmen könnte dies ja passieren.
Guck doch einfach mal bei den Bildbeschreibungen, ob dort steht, dass sie selbst foografiert sind. Da kannst du dir zwar auch noch nicht sicher sein, aber na ja... einen Eindeutigen Beweis gibts da wohl auch nicht.

Wenn du willst kann ich nochmal für dich auf der Seite nachgucken, was da zu Thema "Nutzung der Bilder anderer" steht

Also bei photobucket steht folgendes (Originaltext kopiert aus "terms of use") [Vorallem 6.4 find ich wichtig]:
