Dieser Teil muss auch im body Teil sehen. Er steht sogar nach dem </html> befehl und da gehört er mal so rein gar net hin xD

Teilweise hast du Befehle (z.B. </style>, </body> und </html> glaub au noch n paar andere) doppelt

Änder das mal und probiers dann nochmal

so, freut mich dass es jetzt klappt.
Jetzt zu deinem 2. Problem:
Einen Link mit target="xx" zu öffnen geht nur mit iframes. Du hast jetzt ein div design du müsstest es aber als iframe design coden.
Bei den tutorialen gibt es ein tut für ein iframe design, damit müsste es dann gehen.
