Ich würde ihn so interpretieren, dass die Welt so als Sturm gedacht ist, also dass...nein, nicht jetzt alles kreuz und wuer geht, aber dass es schwer ist, als Individuum da durchzukommen. Kurz ausgedrück.
Wie gesagt, gut gelungen, das Englische kann ich nicht so bewerten, aber auf jeden Fall ist die Grammatik korrekt. Scheint mir so xD

"Isn't now nothing" müsste "Isn't nothing now" und "heartless" "heartlessness" heißen, um korrekt zu sein, oder?

Finde den Text aber an sich schön.
