[HTML] Wer kann mir sagen, was am Html Code des Desis net stimmt???

Hallo.. ich suche ´jemanden, der mir hilft!!!
Ich habe mein Desi eingebaut, aber es funktioniert nicht!!!!

Was ist falsch:

aber wenn ich das desi einstelle, dann gibt es noch ein problem:
die mainseite und die menüseite ist weiß

ich habe AOL und internet explorer... iexplorer ist von aol bereitgestellt...
und das obere checke ich leider net!!!
