What's the point of Control Panel in WIn10???

I've had Windows 10 for months now. I notice that most of the settings are in the WIndows 10 "settings" app, instead of Control Panel.. Why is control panel still a thing? The new settings app basically replaces it...

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
