[HTML] Wieso wird nichts angezeigt? | Tabelle wird falsch verschoben

Hallo zusammen.
Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem HTML Code, bzw mit 3 Codes. Keiner davon geht, irgendwie verwirrend, weil ich keinen Fehler finde unglücklich

Vielleicht hat hier ja jemand mehr Ahnung und findet was?

Warum werden die Spalten bei Abzeichen/Ausbildung etc verschoben/falsch angezeigt? Ich find den programmierfehler nicht Zunge raus
