kostenloses Animationsprogramm?

Ich wollte mal fragen,obs ein kostenloses Animationsprogramm gibt? Ich habe Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 und dabei war nichts ^^ Also vielleicht wisst ihr wo man kostenlos eins downloaden kann,was nicht mal ganz so schwer ist
