  B350 tomahawk wont post after enabling AMD cooln’quiet

Hello,

so i have been running my ryzen 5 1600 at 3.7ghz 1.265v stable on the stockcooler for about a month now, and after reading about amd cool
And Quiet along with its benefits, so i decided to try it out, after having it disable ever since i got this new computer. after turning it on and restarting my pc, not longer boots nor does it turn on the keyboard(only the mouse and everything) also the Debug lights flash for like a second whenever i unplug it and turn it on and then they just turn off completely and stay that way also its been 10mins since i last unplug it and turn it on and it hasnt posted anything, any help will be welcome.
