  Lost administrator account in Windows XP

I have Windows XP. At first, I had only the default Administrator Account. At that time, I created and stored a file. Then I created other user accounts. My default Administrator account went away. Now I cannot find the file I created and stored. Is there any way to recover this file? Is there any way to recover the default Administrator account and its files?

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
